Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Oakwood Products will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:

• You return the item within 7 days of purchase (subject to our approval);
• You must provide your Oakwood Products Tax Invoice when returning the item(s)
• The item must be in resaleable condition including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
• It is unopened, unused and in its original condition;
• The original security seal or shrink wrap must be intact

If these requirements are not satisfied Oakwood Products reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns and to charge a restocking fee of $25 for the item

If you cannot present your Oakwood Products Tax Invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase Oakwood Products reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

Oakwood Products will be happy to refer you to the manufacturer's customer service hotline for assistance with operating difficulties or product repairs.

Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a 'deal' or bundle, Oakwood Products may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.

Shipping Policy

We currently employ the services of Australia Post to deliver your orders. They deliver throughout Australia utilising their logistical network. Please note - if you are in a regional area, we recommend you let us know during the checkout process, using the 'additional comments' box. Typically it can take up to 4-5 days for delivery to regional areas.

A: For standard shipping, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically this will be 2-3 Business days, however please allow up to 4-5 business days for remote areas or larger orders. Please allow additional time for international shipments outside of Australia.

A: All orders shipped to a destination within the world are shipped at a flat rate per order.
