Returns Policy & Procedures

At Oakwood we are dedicated to providing expert products for our customers. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Oakwood Products will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase (subject to our approval);
  • You provide your Oakwood Products Tax Invoice;
  • The item must is in its original packaging, unused, unopened and the security seal is still intact
  • All items, including instruction manuals are returned with the product.

If these requirements are not met Oakwood Products reserves the right to refuse an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns and to charge a restocking fee of $25 for the item.

If you cannot present your Oakwood Products Tax Invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase, Oakwood Products reserves the right refuse a refund or exchange.

Where you seek a refund for any item that was purchased as part of a 'deal' or bundle, Oakwood Products may refund the price in accordance with deal eligibility. No refund will be given on free items and any refund amount may be recalculated if your return results in deal eligibility no longer being met.
