Credit cards are charged at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will email you informing you, and you will be asked to re-enter your payment details. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment is authenticated, approved and made in full.

We currently employ the services of Australia Post to deliver your orders. They deliver throughout Australia utilising their logistical network. Please note - if you are in a regional area, we recommend you let us know during the checkout process, using the 'additional comments' box. Typically it can take up to 4-5 days for delivery to regional areas.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped out the next business day, providing stock is available.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: We aim to pick, pack and send all available products within 24 hours of receiving your order. During peak times please allow for 2-4 days. As for when you will receive your order, this will depend on delivery times to your area. For most east coast metro areas allow 1-3 working days, allow 2-5 working days for rural areas or for areas within SA, WA, TAS and NT.
Q: What if my order is on Back Order or Out of Stock?
A: In some cases, we may become out of stock of a particular item prior to your order being dispatched. In this circumstance, we will notify you immediately of any items that will be delayed from being delivered within the standard time. If a backorder becomes unavailable for some reason we will advise by phone or email as soon as known and offer any available substitutes or full refund.
We do not currently provide an option to courier goods to locations outside of Australia for items bought online via our website. Please see our list of international retailers, to find your closest Oakwood retailer.
